Dear Music Friends,
Fresh, back from 3 Super weeks in India and Bangladesh
rife with fine performances,
for the Dutch Embassies and more;
delightful encounters with old and also, in particular,
many new friends.
In addition, we took part in a grassroots water conservation initiative in Goa
Duo Laroo/Byrd duly garnered much media attention there
Also jolly was a brief interval in the US
This week I'm back in the Netherlands anticipating
festival appearances in Apeldoorn and Amersfoort
and in between a journey to a sterling festival in Lithuania by
the Saskia Laroo Band:
May 29: Jazz in the Woods, Apeldoorn, NL
June 6: Klaipeda Jazz Festival, Lithuania
June 13: Amersfoort Jazz, NL
Furthermore, I am honored appear on May 28 as a guest on
Hans Dulfer's grand birthday celebration, Route75.
Whatever pleasure it is to perform at home or abroad,
we are working hard to generate more gigs for my groups
